Suffolk County police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man accused of stealing $550 worth of clothing from a Burlington store in North Patchogue.
Police said the theft occurred July 9 at approximately 2:35 p.m. at the Burlington located at 499-2B Sunrise Highway.
The man allegedly took the clothing and fled in a red Volkswagen, according to Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and the Fifth Precinct Crime Section.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to an arrest.
Anyone with information can submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, using the P3 Tips mobile app or visiting P3Tips.com. Police said all calls, messages and emails will remain confidential.
