Nassau County police are asking for the public’s help locating a woman wanted in connection with grand larceny and child endangerment charges tied to an incident in Valley Stream.
Police identified the suspect as Johana Sanguna Molina, 30. Authorities said she is wanted for fourth-degree grand larceny involving property valued at more than $1,000, along with a charge of acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17 years old.
Investigators released the information as part of the department’s “#MugshotMonday” public outreach campaign aimed at locating wanted suspects.
According to police, the incident under investigation took place in Valley Stream. Additional details about the case were not immediately released.
Police described Molina as Hispanic with multi-colored hair and brown eyes.
Authorities warned the public not to attempt to apprehend or detain her. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to contact Nassau County police. Tips can be submitted anonymously.
The investigation is ongoing.
