Woman Wanted in Baldwin Robbery Case Had Warrants Ordered in Multiple Pending Cases

Nassau County Police are asking for the public’s help locating a woman wanted in connection with a robbery investigation in Baldwin.

According to police, Stephanie Gaeta, 33, is wanted on a charge of Robbery in the Second Degree, aided by another person. The incident occurred in Baldwin.

Police described Gaeta as a white female with brown hair and brown eyes. She is approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds.

Court records show Gaeta also has several unrelated pending misdemeanor cases in Nassau County, including charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance, petit larceny, criminal contempt and unauthorized use of a vehicle. She has pleaded not guilty in those matters. Records further indicate that warrants were ordered but stayed in those cases during a May 21 court appearance. Gaeta is next scheduled to appear in Nassau District Court on June 9, 2026, before Judge Marie F. McCormack.

Police cautioned members of the public not to attempt to apprehend or detain her.
