Nassau County police are seeking a 36-year-old woman wanted in connection with a drug possession case in Uniondale.
Police identified the woman as Shannon Baxter. According to a Nassau County Police Department wanted alert, Baxter is wanted for second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance involving 4 ounces or more of a narcotic drug.
The department listed Uniondale as the location of the incident.
Police described Baxter as 5 feet 2 inches tall and approximately 120 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
Anyone with information about Baxter’s whereabouts is asked to contact Nassau County police. The department said information sent through its social media messaging system can be forwarded anonymously.
Police warned the public not to attempt to apprehend or detain Baxter.
