Nassau County police are asking for the public’s help locating a 37-year-old man accused of violating an order of protection and causing physical injury in East Meadow.
Police identified the wanted man as Ikramul Nadim. He is wanted on an aggravated criminal contempt charge, according to a Nassau County Police Department Warrant Wednesday notice.
Police described Nadim as 5 feet 10 inches tall and about 220 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Authorities said anyone with information about his whereabouts should contact Nassau County police. Information can be provided anonymously.
Police warned members of the public not to attempt to apprehend or detain Nadim themselves.
