A bench warrant for Levi Rackal was executed Thursday in a Nassau County criminal case stemming from his January arrest on menacing and weapon charges, according to New York State court records.
Rackal was arrested by Nassau County police on Jan. 10, 2026, in connection with an incident dated Dec. 30, 2024, court records show.
He was charged with two counts of second-degree menacing with a weapon and one count of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use it. Rackal pleaded not guilty at his arraignment and was initially released with non-monetary conditions.
Court records show a bench warrant was issued on March 5 before being vacated later that day. After several additional court appearances, a second bench warrant was issued on July 17.
That warrant was executed on Aug. 13 during an appearance in Nassau District Court.
Following the warrant return, bail was set at $5,000 cash, $10,000 insured bond or $25,000 partially secured surety bond, according to court records.
Rackal is scheduled to return to Nassau District Court on Aug. 17 at 9 a.m. before Judge David W. Wright.
