Suffolk County police are searching for a man who allegedly broke into a business property in Coram earlier this month and stole equipment, authorities said.
According to Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Sixth Precinct Crime Section officers, the incident occurred on April 7 at approximately 3 a.m. at Light Speed Networks LLC, located at 1650 Route 112.
Investigators said the suspect entered a shed on the property and removed a leaf blower valued at approximately $400 before leaving the scene.
The case is being investigated as criminal mischief and theft. Police have not released a description of the suspect.
Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest. Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward.
