The Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating Oscar Lemus, who is wanted on a Family Court warrant for failure to pay child support.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, the Article 4 arrest warrant was issued May 18, 2026.
Authorities said Lemus is known to have ties to the Hempstead area. The Sheriff’s Office did not identify his place of residence.
Lemus was born June 6, 1988. He is described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall and approximately 180 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
