Teriyaki Madness opens first Long Island location in North Babylon

Teriyaki Madness, a fast-casual restaurant chain known for its made-to-order teriyaki bowls, is opening its first Long Island location on March 27 at 1201 Deer Park Ave.

The new restaurant marks the brand’s entry into the Long Island market and its second location in New York as part of a broader expansion across the Northeast.

Operated by franchise group Yummy Restaurants LLC, the North Babylon location is the first of several planned across the region, signaling continued growth for the Seattle-style concept, which has more than 200 locations nationwide.

The restaurant will serve customizable teriyaki bowls featuring marinated proteins such as chicken, steak, salmon and tofu, paired with vegetables and proprietary sauces. All items are prepared to order.

To mark the opening, the business will offer promotions for early customers. The first five guests to make a purchase on March 27 will receive free Teriyaki Madness for a year, while all customers can purchase $6 chicken teriyaki bowls on March 27 and 28.

“Our goal is to introduce Long Island guests to a high-quality, fast casual dining concept centered on fresh ingredients and bold flavors,” said Eric Benitez, operations director at Yummy Restaurants.

In addition to dine-in service, the location will offer curbside pickup through its “Mad Dash” program, catering options and a rewards app for customers.

Company officials said Long Island represents a key growth market for the brand as it continues to expand its footprint in New York and beyond.

Teriyaki Madness North Babylon will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
