Nassau County police are asking for the public’s help locating a 48-year-old man wanted in connection with an incident in East Garden City.
Police said Ramzee Mayo is wanted on a charge of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use.
Mayo is described as a Black man who is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs approximately 210 pounds. He has a bald head and brown eyes.
Police warned members of the public not to attempt to apprehend or detain Mayo.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to send a message to the Nassau County Police Department. Police said messages will be forwarded anonymously.
