PATCHOGUE, NY — Suffolk County police are seeking a man accused of stealing approximately $255 worth of merchandise from a DICK’S Sporting Goods store in Patchogue.
Police said the man stole boxing gloves and tote bags from the store at 499 Westbound Sunrise Service Road at about 5:18 p.m. on Sept. 17.
The man was accompanied by a woman, and the two fled in a vehicle believed to be a white Dodge Durango, police said.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Fifth Precinct Crime Section officers are asking for the public’s help identifying and locating the man.
Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to an arrest.
