Nassau County police are seeking a 58-year-old man wanted on a second-degree burglary charge stemming from an incident in New Cassel.
Police identified the wanted man as Samuel Rollins as part of the department’s Warrant Wednesday campaign.
Rollins is wanted for second-degree burglary involving alleged illegal entry into a dwelling, according to police. Authorities did not provide additional details about the alleged burglary or when it occurred.
Police described Rollins as a Black man with black hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds.
Anyone with information about Rollins’ whereabouts is asked to contact Nassau County police. The department said messages can be forwarded anonymously.
Police warned the public not to attempt to apprehend or detain Rollins.
