Nassau County police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted for allegedly violating probation in connection with Glen Cove.
Police identified the man as Tykiem Ashby, 37. According to Nassau County Police, Ashby is wanted for violating Nassau County probation.
Authorities said Ashby is described as a Black male with black hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 5-foot-11 and weighs about 210 pounds.
Police listed Glen Cove as the associated community in the wanted notice released as part of the department’s #MugshotMonday campaign.
Officials urged the public not to attempt to apprehend or detain Ashby.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to send Nassau County Police a direct message through the department’s official social media accounts. Police said messages and calls can be forwarded anonymously.
