A bartender and security guard at Mr. Lucky’s Pub in Farmingville were cited Friday night during a liquor license inspection prompted by community complaints and multiple disturbances, including two recent assault arrests, Suffolk County police said.

The inspection took place at approximately 11:30 p.m. Oct. 16 at the bar, located at 358 Mooney Pond Road.

Officers from the Sixth Precinct Crime Section conducted the inspection alongside officials from the New York State Liquor Authority and Town of Brookhaven.

Police said bartender Susana Estevez, 33, of West Babylon, was issued a field appearance ticket charging her with first-degree unlawful dealing with a child for allegedly serving alcohol to a person under the age of 21.

Security guard Jarrett Crump, 47, of Moriches, was issued a field appearance ticket for allegedly working as an unlicensed security guard.

Police said the inspection followed community complaints and several disturbances at the establishment, including two recent assault arrests. Authorities did not provide details about those incidents or identify the individuals arrested.

Both employees were issued field appearance tickets rather than being taken into custody.

The charges are accusations, and both defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
