Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police are asking for the public’s help identifying and locating two women accused of stealing merchandise from a Selden Target earlier this month.
According to police, the theft occurred on June 3 at approximately 4:35 p.m. at the Target store located at 307 Independence Plaza in Selden. Investigators said two women entered the store and stole approximately $250 worth of clothing and electronics before leaving the location.
The Sixth Precinct Crime Section is investigating the incident and has released surveillance images of the two women as part of an effort to identify them.
Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information is asked to submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, using the P3 Tips mobile app, or visiting P3Tips.com. All calls, text messages and emails will remain confidential.
The investigation remains ongoing.
