Ultraman Lands at Kyuramen Ramen Restaurant This November

Ultraman has officially landed, chopsticks in hand. Kyuramen’s monthlong Ultraman collab rolled out on November 1. The themed menu runs through November 30 at their Long Island locations at 988 Franklin Avenue in Garden City and 296 Main Street in Huntington.

For longtime fans, it’s part nostalgia trip, part culinary crossover event as the Japanese superhero franchise heads toward its 60th anniversary in 2026. For everyone else, it’s simply a fun excuse to order food shaped like a giant alien guardian of Earth, which, honestly, is enough.

A Meal With Major Ultraman Energy

The headliner is the Ultraman Curry Rice, a dish that immediately feels destined for Instagram. Kyuramen molds the rice into Ultraman’s silhouette, adds cheese details, and pairs the whole thing with crispy tonkatsu and a rich, comfort-food level curry. It’s whimsical without being gimmicky, and yes, it looks exactly like the hero who’s spent six decades punching monsters into the stratosphere.

Also on the menu: Ultraman-stamped bao buns, a simple twist on Kyuramen’s popular pork buns that gives everything a collectible vibe, even before the actual collectibles arrive.

Why Now? Because the Anniversary Hype Has Already Begun

Ultraman’s 60th anniversary isn’t until next year, but the celebration is kicking off early in the U.S., and Kyuramen is part of that first wave. With more than 50 locations nationwide (including an ever-expanding footprint in the New York metro area), the chain is leaning into immersive dining experiences tied to Japanese pop culture.

It’s a smart match: ramen plus retro superhero equals instant crossover appeal for fans who grew up watching kaiju battles or discovered the franchise through modern streaming platforms.

The Ultraman menu is dine-in only and available through November 30th at 20 participating Kyuramen restaurants.
