HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. — Three people have been charged with murder after an 18-year-old man was found with fatal puncture wounds in Hempstead, Nassau County police said.
Officers responded to a case in front of 545 Fulton Ave. at approximately 9:25 p.m. on June 28, police said.
They found Michael David Grajeda Suazo, 18, of Hempstead, suffering from puncture wounds to his torso. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead by a physician.
Police announced the arrests on Aug. 4.
Denis A. Gonzalez Sorto, 21, of Hempstead, Isaac Lopez Alvarez, 20, of Hempstead, and a 17-year-old adolescent offender were arrested in connection with Grajeda Suazo’s death.
All three are charged with second-degree murder, police said.
