HUNTINGTON — Suffolk County Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a woman who fled the scene of a motor vehicle crash on Park Avenue in late November.
According to investigators, a vehicle traveling northbound struck a southbound 2009 Toyota at approximately 5:50 p.m. on November 26. The 68-year-old man driving the Toyota was not injured, but the other driver left the scene before officers arrived.
Detectives from the Second Precinct Crime Section believe the suspect was operating a dark red Subaru Crosstrek, model year 2018 to 2023.
