SAYVILLE, NY — Suffolk County police are asking for the public’s help identifying two people accused of stealing $100 worth of plants from a Sayville store.
Police said the two people stole the plants from Elegant Inlays by Design, located at 30 Railroad Ave., at approximately 10:40 p.m. on Aug. 21.
The pair then fled in a silver SUV, police said.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Fifth Precinct Crime Section are seeking information that could help identify and locate the suspects.
Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to an arrest.
Anyone with information can submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, using the P3 Tips mobile app or visiting P3Tips.com. Police said all tips will be kept confidential.
