Nassau County police are seeking a 40-year-old man wanted in connection with a weapon possession case in Massapequa.
Police identified the man as Alex Lee and said he is wanted on a third-degree criminal possession of a weapon charge involving a previous conviction.
Authorities did not provide additional details about the alleged incident or the type of weapon involved.
Police described Lee as 5 feet 7 inches tall and approximately 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information about Lee’s whereabouts is asked to contact Nassau County police. Police said information can be provided anonymously.
Authorities warned members of the public not to attempt to apprehend or detain Lee.
