A man is wanted for repeatedly stealing donation money left by visitors at a Manorville religious shrine, Suffolk County police said.
According to authorities, the thefts occurred on multiple occasions between March 29 and April 19 during overnight hours at the Shrine of Our Lady of the Island on Eastport-Manor Road. Police said the suspect cut locks on outdoor donation boxes before taking cash.

Investigators said the repeated incidents targeted secured boxes where members of the public leave contributions at the shrine.

Police released surveillance images of the suspect and are asking for the public’s help in identifying him.
