Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a Hicksville man wanted for an violation of Nassau County probation.
Police said Kamal Sharma, 22, is wanted in connection with the probation matter. He is described as a male of Asian/Pacific Islander descent with black hair and brown eyes. Police said he is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds.
Nassau police urged anyone with information on Sharma’s whereabouts to send them a message. Tips will be forwarded anonymously, according to the department.
Police said the public should not attempt to apprehend or detain him and should contact law enforcement instead.
As with all wanted notices, the allegation has not been proven in court.
