A former Lindenhurst school custodian pleaded guilty Friday in a child abuse case and is expected to receive 17 years in prison, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.
Brian Woehr, 41, pleaded guilty Sept. 25 to two felony counts of use of a child in a sexual performance as a sexually motivated felony.
Prosecutors said Woehr filmed himself sexually abusing a child and shared the material.
Under the expected sentence, Woehr will receive 17 years in prison followed by 15 years of post-release supervision.
He will also be required to register as a sex offender.
Woehr is scheduled to be sentenced at a later date.
