PORT JEFFERSON STATION, NY — Suffolk County police are seeking the public’s help identifying a man accused of stealing a $499 Dyson fan from a HomeGoods store in Port Jefferson Station.
Police said the man stole the fan from HomeGoods at 4810 Nesconset Highway at about 7:35 p.m. Aug. 16.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Sixth Precinct Crime Section officers are asking anyone with information that could help identify or locate the man to come forward. Police released surveillance images of the man they are seeking.
Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to an arrest.
Anyone with information can submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, using the P3 Tips app or visiting P3Tips.com. Police said all tips will be kept confidential.
