Nassau County police are asking for the public’s help locating a man wanted in connection with a rape charge stemming from an incident in Merrick.
Police identified the wanted individual as Alex Morales Dominguez, 34.
According to Nassau County Police Department’s latest #MugshotMonday bulletin, Dominguez is wanted on a charge of Rape in the Third Degree involving a victim under the age of 17.
The incident is listed as having occurred in Merrick.
Police described Dominguez as a Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 165 pounds.
Authorities urged anyone with information regarding his whereabouts not to approach or attempt to detain him.
