Nassau County police are asking for the public’s help locating a woman wanted in connection with a burglary charge stemming from an alleged shoplifting incident in North Lawrence.
According to Nassau County Police Department’s latest #MugshotMonday posting, authorities are seeking Raquel Medley, 32, on a charge of Burglary in the Third Degree.
Police said the charge is related to an incident in North Lawrence involving alleged shoplifting and the violation of a no-trespass ban. Authorities allege Medley illegally entered a location with the intent to commit a crime.
Medley is described as a Black female, 32 years old, with black hair and brown eyes. She is approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds.
Police are urging anyone with information regarding Medley’s whereabouts to contact law enforcement. Authorities advised the public not to attempt to apprehend or detain her.
