The Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating a man wanted on a Family Court arrest warrant tied to unpaid child support.
Authorities said Patrick McNamara, 48, is wanted for failure to pay child support. The warrant was issued on Dec. 6, 2024, according to a Fugitive Friday alert released by the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office.
McNamara is listed as 6-foot-4 with blue eyes and red hair. Officials said he is known to have ties to the Bay Shore and Long Island City areas.
The Sheriff’s Office urged anyone with information on McNamara’s whereabouts to contact the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Warrant Squad at 631-853-5697 or email SCSOInvestigativeServices@suffolkcountyny.gov.
The alert was issued as part of the department’s ongoing Fugitive Friday initiative highlighting wanted individuals across Suffolk County.
