A Syosset man was arrested Wednesday after Suffolk County police said he forcibly touched a woman during a massage at a Huntington spa last year.
Police said Steven Dunn, 39, was an employee at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, 315 Walt Whitman Road, when the alleged incident occurred at about noon on Dec. 19, 2025.
According to police, Dunn inappropriately touched the woman while she was lying on a massage table. The woman did not initially report the incident.
Police said Dunn later found the woman’s Facebook page and messaged her on Sept. 1, 2026, to tell her about his new workplace. The woman then contacted police.
Following an investigation by Suffolk County Police Second Squad detectives, Dunn was arrested Sept. 9 and charged with forcible touching, a misdemeanor.
Dunn was issued a desk appearance ticket and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip at a later date.
Police are asking anyone who believes they may have been a victim of Dunn to contact the Second Squad at 631-854-8252.
