Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man they say used a cloned debit card to withdraw $900 from an ATM inside an Amityville Walgreens.
The man made three separate $300 withdrawals from the ATM at Walgreens, located at 275 Broadway, on April 24, according to Suffolk County police.
Police said all three transactions were completed within two minutes.
The victim still had his physical debit card and learned about the unauthorized withdrawals through notifications from his bank.
Suffolk County Police Financial Crimes detectives released surveillance images of the man as they work to identify and locate him.
