Suffolk County police are seeking the public’s help identifying and locating a man accused of stealing toys from a Target store in South Setauket on May 14.
Police said the theft happened at approximately 12:50 p.m. at Target, located at 265 Pond Path Road.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County police said the man stole merchandise from the store. The police alert identifies the merchandise as toys.
Authorities released an image of the man as part of the investigation.
Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest.
Anyone with information can submit an anonymous tip by calling Suffolk County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS, using the P3 Tips mobile app, or going online at P3Tips.com. Police said all calls, text messages and emails will be kept confidential.
