Nassau County police are seeking a 65-year-old man accused of violating probation stemming from a case in which the original charge was second-degree attempted rape.
Police identified the wanted man as Konstantinos Labiris and listed Hicksville as his community.
Labiris is described as a white man with gray hair and hazel eyes. He is approximately 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds, according to police.
The Nassau County Police Department warned the public not to attempt to apprehend or detain Labiris.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact Nassau County police. The department said messages sent to police will be forwarded anonymously.
