RIVERHEAD, N.Y. — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man accused of stealing three hard drives from a Riverhead Best Buy.
The theft occurred July 8 at approximately 8 p.m. at the Best Buy located at 1440 Old Country Road, according to Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and the Riverhead Police Department.
Police said the man stole three hard drives from the store. Authorities released a surveillance image of the man they are seeking in connection with the theft.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest.
Anyone with information can submit an anonymous tip by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS, using the P3 Tips mobile app or visiting P3Tips.com.
All tips will be kept confidential.
