A North Bellmore man was arrested after police said he exposed himself during three separate incidents at a Mineola parking garage.
Zhisheng Xu, 27, was allegedly seen entering the Harrison Avenue Parking Garage at 200 First St. at about 5:24 p.m. Tuesday, July 28, and exposing himself while touching his genitals in public view, Nassau County police said.
Officers located Xu and arrested him without incident.
Investigators said Xu allegedly committed similar acts at the same parking garage on July 3 and July 8.
Xu was charged with three counts of public lewdness and three counts of exposure of a person. He received an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear Thursday, Aug. 13, at First District Court in Hempstead.
Detectives asked anyone who believes they may have been victimized by Xu to contact Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS or call 911. Police said all callers will remain anonymous.’
