This summer, The Atelier at Flowerfield in St. James is offering an exciting opportunity for Long Island’s art and cosplay enthusiasts to come together and create. The Cosplay Open Figure events, monitored by artists Jenny Kim and Jonathan Horn, are scheduled for July 24th and August 14th, 2024, from 6 PM to 9 PM. For just $25, participants can immerse themselves in an evening of creativity and expression.
Each uninstructed session provides a unique chance to work from a live model in cosplay, striking one long pose for artists to capture. Whether you prefer painting, drawing, or another medium, you’re welcome to bring your favorite materials and let your imagination run wild. Please note that materials are not included, so come prepared with your artistic tools of choice.
