 y\, December 7\, 2025\, from noon to 4 p.m.\, the Cerebral Palsy Associati
 on of Nassau County (CP Nassau) will host its annual Sugar Plum Ball and 
 Galactic Gala\, a family-friendly event that mixes fairy-tale sparkle with
  intergalactic flair\, all to support a meaningful cause.\nThe Sugar Plum 
 Ball began more than thirty years ago as a traditional father-daughter dan
 ce\, but attendance had started to decline. In 2019\, organizers reimagine
 d it with a new Galactic Gala theme and enlisted members of the 501st Legi
 on\, Rebel Legion\, and Saber Guild to add a science fiction twist. The ad
 dition of Jedi\, Stormtroopers\, and other costumed heroes helped transfor
 m the event into a celebration that appeals to both girls and boys.\nFor m
